Sales Team Administrative Manager

Before becoming a member of the Blackwell Realty team, I built my customer service skills over twenty years while working in the automotive industry and running my own business. Liz McDonald was a long time customer of mine at J&K Precision Auto Care in Ranson where we quickly developed a long lasting relationship. When I was offered a position here, I was excited to explore a new career path.

As the Sales Team Administrative Manager, I am the first point of contact for the Blackwell Realty Sales Team.  I make sure our clients hear a friendly voice and and feel well taken care of from first contact to closing and beyond.  I ensure that office operations run cohesively, including making sure our team -  which includes listing agents, buyers agents, a contract coordinator and a marketing specialist -  is running smoothly.  Our team approach to real estate sales, both for sellers and buyers, is what makes us the best at what we do.

As a longtime Jefferson County resident, I enjoy helping our community and being involved in the betterment of the Tri-State Area. After work, I am a very involved mother and wife with a loving family and close ties to the community as a lifelong West Virginian. My two beautiful girls, Grace and Hadley, keep me sane.

I am told that I excel at my job in large part because of my desire to provide excellent customer service. When you walk into the Blackwell Realty office you will always be greeted with a smile.
